The production has been increased exponentially, this has contributed to both improved product quality and the recognition from the most reputable professionals of the sector.

The savoir-faire of the Cheese Factory Tierra de Barros, has succeeded in only a short time in placing its products in the major outlets of the domestic market, furthermore they can be found in the most prestigious establishments in Spain.

Regarding the local market, the « Torta de Barros » is placed among the elite of the tortes from Extremadura, marketing reached 35 to 40% in the main cities of Extremadura.

Currently, 18% of the production is exported to countries such as France, England, Switzerland, Portugal and the United States.
